Quality Assurance Associate

To support quality assurance initiatives in the pharmaceutical sector, the full-time Quality Assurance Associate will review and approve Change Control Requests, manage training and document control activities, and coordinate audits while transitioning to a hybrid work setup after three months onsite. Key responsibilities Review and approve Change Control Requests, ensuring timely closure through coordination with owners Act as site representative for training and document control systems, managing related activities and tracking training completion Coordinate and support internal, client, and regulatory audits, preparing responses to audit findings as needed Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a scientific area Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry Understanding of GMP regulations; knowledge of compendiums such as USP is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level)
