After School Program Instructor & Lead Instructor Living Resources is a non‑profit human services agency that supports individuals with disabilities or other life‑challenging conditions to live with dignity, independence, and happiness. All employees are expected to be respectful and supportive of families, acting as partners and providers of care and services. Job Type: Part‑time Schedule: Monday‑Friday 1:45 pm – 6:00 pm (Current shift) Location: Schenectady County Responsibilities The After School Program Instructor will assist program participants in activities such as activity planning, recreational activities, arts and crafts, meal planning/prep, and community utilization activities, which promote self‑sufficiency and independence. Qualifications Passionate about making a difference At least 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED Valid NYS Driver’s License for transporting individuals to community activities Experience with people with developmental disabilities (preferred) Benefits Paid training Compensation $17.75 – $18.75 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr Living Resources
