Lead Analyst-Digital Category Performance

Your Impact The Lead Analyst will develop insights leveraging online reporting to drive sales, traffic, conversion, average order value, inventory, cancellations, returns, delivery service level agreements, and other digital metrics. This role works with key stakeholders in partnering teams to drive tangible results in category, financial, and customer performance on Lowes.com and app platforms, persuading and supporting action plans, and tracking outcomes. What You Will Do Lead and prioritize the development of compelling insights with key stakeholders using reporting tools to drive significant financial and customer improvement opportunities across sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, inventory, cancellations, returns, and delivery SLAs. Drive engagement and partnership with the digital category organization to develop insights and recommendations that improve category performance. Network with other key stakeholders in partnering teams to achieve category, financial, and customer performance goals on Lowes.com and app platforms. Identify root causes of metric changes, advise and collaborate with necessary teams on actions, and track issue resolution. Develop and monitor tracking mechanisms for partner‑team actions against online business objectives, overseeing necessary adjustments. Establish best practices for reporting tools and use cases to help the team deliver comprehensive category insights. Manage and prioritize insight development based on impact. Lead training sessions with the digital category organization on turning insights into results. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data science, economics, or related field (or equivalent years of experience). 6‑7 years of relevant experience. 4 years of experience with data analysis tools. Preferred Skills / Education Master’s degree, MBA, or related field. 6‑7 years in online retail or omnichannel merchandising. Benefits 401(k) with up to 4.25% match.
