The Work Itself As part of our Internship Program, you will have an opportunity to: Have hands on experience and project-based work Attend Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions as an Intern cohort Participate in Mentoring Program and Giving Back Events Network with your peers, your team, and those Allys you find interesting Lead an end of assignment presentation The Details: Internship Program Timing: May 21 – July 31, 2027 (tentative) 40 hours each week with a mix of in-office and remote working days Project-based work Market competitive hourly compensation and a sign-on bonus, as well as financial housing assistance for those who qualify Successful interns will have the opportunity to return to Ally in an Early Talent Program or full-time role, or to a second internship, depending upon graduation timing. The Work Itself Consumer Banking: Consumer Banking is all about the customer. The primary focus of the internship role will be supporting the Forecasting & Data Science analytics team as they focus on producing and maintaining robust forecasts of interactions with the contact centers. Intern Key Experiences: Learn to query and transform large datasets into business insights using SQL, with an emphasis on time series analysis techniques Effectively leverage AI tools for coding, automation, data analysis, and insight discovery. Develop, automate, and publish information reports (Power BI, automated Excel dashboards, etc.) and present analysis to key stakeholders and leadership using data storytelling best practices The Skills You Bring Required qualifications. Rising Junior or Senior (during the time of internship) in a full-time undergraduate program. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Available for the full duration of the internship program. Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future. A passion for the financial services and technology industry is strongly preferred. Preferred qualifications. Technical Skills -

Experience with a wide variety of tools: Snowflake, Excel, Power BI, Posit (Python and/or R). Communication skills

strong written skills and verbal communication, ability to present ideas clearly and professionally, and comfort working with multiple stakeholders.

strategic, problem-solving, customer-focused proactive mindset, ability to troubleshoot small issues and escalate when needed, and openness to feedback and continuous improvement.

$25.00 - $33.00 An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.

Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
