The Opportunity As Site Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team and be accountable for the overall operational, financial, and people performance of the site. You’ll balance strong business acumen with compassionate leadership, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, safe, and efficient patient care while fostering a positive, high‑performance culture. Reporting to the State Manager, and working closely with the Business Development Manager, you will help translate Icon’s strategic vision into day‑to‑day operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a multidisciplinary clinical and administrative team to deliver exceptional patient care Establish and optimise operational workflows for a new centre, embedding best practice from the outset Drive continuous improvement with patient experience at the forefront Manage resources effectively to maximise productivity, quality, and sustainability Build a high‑performance, values‑aligned culture focused on collaboration and accountability Develop strong relationships with internal and external doctors and key stakeholders Partner with the Business Development Manager to execute the site’s operational and growth plans Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and governance requirements About our Midland Cancer Centre Located in Perth’s growing eastern corridor, the Midland site plays a key role in delivering accessible, high‑quality cancer care to a diverse and expanding community.
