Responsibilities of the Loyalty Team Member: 60 to 100 Incoming/Outgoing calls per day. Set up appointments for clients. Maintain constant follow-ups with potential clients through emails and texts. Be prepared to answer/research customers' questions. Provide a high level of excellent customer service. Ability to de-escalate situations. Other responsibilities as given. Qualifications of the Loyalty Team Member: Previous dealership experience is strongly preferred 2+ Years of Call Center Customer Service or Sales experience required. Must be proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS! Internet sales experience is a PLUS! Professional personal appearance. Ability to work comfortably with the public. Ability to provide concierge service to our clients. Valid state issued Driver License and a clean driving record. Required to pass a drug test and a background check.
