Pay rate: $24-$25 Hourly, Full-time position

Position Responsibilities:

·          Answer inbound calls regarding mortgage loans.

·          Accurately document information into company software.

·          Assist borrowers with Check-by-Phone Payments

·          Review payment histories.

·          Explain escrow disclosure statements.

·          Perform office duties as assigned.

Knowledge, skills, & abilities:

·          Interact with callers by showing sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.

·          Communicate clearly, listen concisely, and effectively.

·          Read, interpret, and apply federal, state, and local collection laws, rules,     

·          regulations and company policies and procedures (FDCPA & CFPB).

·          Basic math skills

·          Ability to analyze/resolve problems and adapt to change.

·          Proper phone etiquette.

·          Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions.

·          Ability to analyze/resolve problems and adapt to change.

·          Solid vocabulary, math, and multi-tasking skills.

·          Fluency in English, including business level verbal and written communication skills.

·          Basic computer skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.

Additional Information:

·          Bank experience a plus

·          Mortgage experience a plus

·          Bilingual a plus

·          Call Center experience preferred.

·          Ability to pass a background check.

·          Reliable transportation.
