Shift: Day and Night 3x12-Hour Shifts (07:00 – 19:00 / 19:30 – 07:30)

Hours/Week: Full-time schedule (36 hours/week minimum)

Employment Type: W-2, Contract

Licenses/Certifications: Ohio RN license, BCLS, IV certification required; EPIC experience preferred

Experience: 1+ years in medical-surgical nursing acceptable

What You'll Do

• Manage IV starts and administer medications safely and accurately
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes promptly
• Educate patients on treatments, procedures, and self-care practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document care activities in EPIC EMR efficiently and accurately
• Float to lower-acuity units as needed, ensuring seamless patient care
• Follow hospital policies and maintain patient safety at all times

What You Need

• Ohio RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience
• BCLS certification
• IV certification
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills

• EPIC electronic medical record experience
• Travel nursing experience
