Home Health Aide - Day Shift

Kingsway Senior Living is Belle Plaine is seeking an overnight Home Health Aide to join our team! We are looking for individuals who care and truly want to make a difference in our residents' lives. Previous experience in a skilled nursing home or assisted living community is preferred

* Home Health Aides are eligible for a sign on bonus up to $1,000 depending on hours/shift selected!

Shifts:

Full Time

6:00 am - 2:00pm

E/O Weekend Required w/holiday rotation

Part Time Casual On-Call positions available as well

Pay:

$15.61/hr - $19.64/hr (Starting pay based on relevant years of experience)

Evening & Overnight Shift Differentials ($1/hour every shift)

Weekend Shift Differential ($1/hour for all shifts)

Responsibilities and duties:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living

Assisting residents with all personal and dental hygiene

Preparing for and assisting residents with meal times

Medication administration

Interaction/activities with residents

General clean up and laundry

Qualifications and skills:

Compassionate, patient, and friendly demeanor

Genuine interest in working with and caring for the elderly

Ability to build positive relationships with residents and their families

Excellent communication skills

Good team player
