The RN Maternal Child Float at RWJBarnabas Health provides compassionate, evidence-based care to mothers, newborns, and families across maternal-child units, including labor & delivery, postpartum, and newborn nursery. This role requires strong clinical judgment, flexibility, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to support safe deliveries, postpartum recovery, and newborn stabilization. Nurses will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, provide education, and ensure accurate documentation while upholding RWJBarnabas Health’s values of compassion, inclusion, and innovation in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
