Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized psychotherapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Conduct thorough assessments, providing accurate diagnoses and formulating comprehensive treatment plans that are continually updated based on client progress and feedback.

• Document each client interaction meticulously, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards while maintaining confidentiality.

• Act as a consultant for other health professionals in the organization, fostering a culture of compassionate care characterized by collaborative treatment strategies.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your therapeutic skills and stay updated with the latest best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as an LMFT will predominantly focus on adults, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges, including relationship disputes, anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma. You will engage with clients in a supportive manner, utilizing an empathetic approach that helps build trust and rapport, enabling clients to open up and work through their difficulties in a safe space.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Valid and active LMFT license in the state of Washington.
\n
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or medical environment with a focus on psychotherapy.

• Strong ethical standards and the ability to maintain professional boundaries, as well as confidentiality, according to HIPAA regulations.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for clear and effective interaction with clients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with diverse client populations and various therapeutic practices will be highly regarded, particularly if it includes expertise in working with couples and families. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus, as it can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
