Sales Engineer

Position Summary: We are seeking an Account Executive to join our software solutions team. In this role, you will drive market share and revenue growth by proposing tailored software solutions and conducting demonstrations for prospective and existing customers. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven software solutions that meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs to provide optimal software solutions Identify and pursue sales opportunities with initiative and proactivity Conduct software demos to showcase product capabilities Promote new features and benefits to expand the existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling strategies Leverage knowledge of client use cases and industry trends to optimize sales opportunities Provide feedback to software development teams on real-world use cases and product improvements Deliver tailored presentations that effectively communicate product value Demonstrate self-motivation, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication skills Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, including client information, meetings, and sales targets Educate, influence, and motivate potential buyers to drive sales growth Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience Preferred: 5+ years of experience in the energy, engineering, or industrial software sectors Familiarity with drilling, field engineering, or operational workflows supporting software sales is advantageous Knowledge of well construction, fluid or mud engineering processes, or similar technical workflows is a plus Experience with software modeling, data acquisition, or similar technical software tools is preferred Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience is a plus Bilingual skills (Spanish) are advantageous Working Conditions: Prolonged periods working at a desk and on a computer Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and move around the office as needed Ability to install equipment and access files throughout the workspace Must be able to follow written and oral instructions and handle frequent interruptions Clear communication skills on the phone and in-person Benefits: Competitive compensation package Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401K with company match Company-paid life insurance and long-term disability coverage Health Savings Account (HSA) Gym and tuition reimbursement programs Wellness incentives including insurance premium discounts Employee Assistance Program (EAP) resources Paid holidays and time off #J-18808-Ljbffr Peyton Resource Group
