Property Manager – Multifamily (Tacoma, WA)Location: Tacoma, Washington Property Type: Multifamily Apartment Community Reports To: Regional Manager Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 + BenefitsAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced, hands-on Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a multifamily community in Tacoma, WA. This role is built for a proven operator with strong knowledge of Tacoma and Washington State landlord-tenant laws who is comfortable managing challenging tenant environments and holding firm to community standards.You will have direct responsibility for stabilizing occupancy, reducing delinquency, and improving operational performance, with the authority to make decisions, enforce policies, and implement practical improvements that elevate the property and resident base.
