Responsibilities

• Redirect and identify vehicles being returned by checking time, mileage, and verifying movement to the proper lot location
• Assist customers with rental agreements, check-ins, and returns
• Identify and tag vehicles flagged for grounding
• Keep the lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow
• Perform inventory checks and car counts in the lot
• Provide excellent service and professionalism to customers
• Work independently with strong time management skills
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic Tech Proficiency
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends
