\n \nKeep 90% on Your Own Business. Continue building your independently generated client base under the brokerage's 90/10 commission plan, with a $15,000 cap and applicable fees.
\n \nAccess Additional Business Opportunities. Work with buyers and sellers developed through Tracey Schmitt Group under a separate 50/50 group commission arrangement, plus applicable brokerage charges.
\n \nExperienced Leadership & Resources. Benefit from direct broker guidance, established relationships, professional infrastructure, and community-level market intelligence.
