The Service Coordinator will coordinate with clients, project managers, and field technicians to ensure service excellence from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Professionally address client questions, concerns, and service needs related to low-voltage systems.
• Collaborate with project managers to schedule installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Coordinate with field technicians and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and project updates.
• Create and manage work orders/service tickets.
• Provide clear and consistent communication to clients regarding project timelines, progress, and next steps.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a low-voltage, electrical, or technical service industry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling and ticketing software is a plus.
• Knowledge of low-voltage systems is preferred but not requiredtraining will be provided.
