Sigma Systems Inc. is currently hiring a Retail Store Temp (Medicare Support) for our client's Medicare Center located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a contract position running through the end of the year, supporting the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period. About the Role

As a Retail Store Temp, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting the Medicare Center. You will welcome customers, coordinate appointments, provide administrative support, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience during one of the busiest seasons in the Medicare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the Medicare Center and direct them to the appropriate resources.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers seeking Medicare sales or support.
• Answer incoming calls and schedule sales consultations and meetings.
• Coordinate daily operations with the Medicare Center Manager.
• Create customer accounts and accurately enter information into the CRM system.
• Set customer expectations regarding wait times and available service options.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming environment.
• Monitor and replenish marketing materials, refreshments, and office supplies.
• Prepare and provide daily operational updates to the corporate office.
• Connect customers with the appropriate departments for non-Medicare inquiries.

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM.
• Ability to complete the required Retail Store Temp Assessment (Glider).
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to attend and successfully complete all paid training programs, including corporate orientation, classroom and online training, and job shadowing.
• Customer-focused attitude with a collaborative approach to working with management and team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, healthcare, or insurance environments.
• Experience with CRM systems or customer account management is a plus.
