Senior Missile Defense Integration Engineer

Opportunity PeopleTec is currently seeking a Senior Missile Defense Integration Engineer to support the Huntsville, AL location. We are seeking a highly motivated, independent engineer to serve as a program scheduler and data visualization expert, developing advanced analytical tools and robust management dashboards for multiple, simultaneous complex programs. This position requires a proactive, self‑directed professional who excels at taking high‑level objectives and independently producing fully developed, technically sound tools and solutions. The Senior Missile Defense Integration Engineer will serve as a senior technical authority responsible for leading complex scheduling, analytical tool development, and enterprise data visualization efforts. Duties include: Serving as the primary scheduler for multiple concurrent complex defense programs Designing, building, and maintaining scalable scheduling and analytical tools enabling continuous tracking and optimization Leveraging Palantir’s “Foundry” to develop sophisticated analytical tools and interactive dashboards, converting complex datasets into clear, actionable executive‑level visual products Developing advanced reporting solutions in Tableau and PowerBI Using PowerApps to automate workflows and streamline program management processes Providing periodic database management support and assisting with SharePoint site administration Operating independently – translating abstract, high‑level objectives into complete, functioning tools without step‑by‑step guidance Qualifications Required Skills/Experience: Extensive experience serving as the primary scheduler for multiple simultaneous complex programs Ability to develop analytical and visualization tools Ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision Must be a U.S. Citizen An active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active TS/SCI clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
