Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Help customers find products and introduce new items
• Inform customers about sales, discounts, and promotions
• Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer experience
• Keep the selling floor stocked, organized, and visually appealing
• Handle returns and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding service

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge or willingness to learn about hardware products
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
• Good organizational skills and ability to restock shelves
• Team player who enjoys working in a community-focused environment
• Experience in retail sales or marketing is a plus but not required
• The minimum physical requirements for this position include:
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently to load and unload customer orders.
• Ability to stand for an extended period of time
• Move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting and perform all functions as set forth.
