You'll lead the design and implementation of features that scale across our platforms.Collaborate & Lead: Partner with clinical and sales teams to translate product requirements into beautiful, shippable products.Own the Experience: Ensure every state of every feature is bulletproof. You'll champion a rigorous testing culture that prioritizes both functional reliability and aesthetic elegance.Minimum QualificationsBS (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Cognitive Science, design, or similar.A Portfolio: A track record of designing and shipping production-level software where you owned both the UI/UX and the code. We want to see products that are as technically sound as they are beautiful.10x Builder: You are an AI-native developer / vibe-coding power user. You constantly experiment with the latest LLM to ship production-grade code at pace.Product Instinct: A proven track record of shipping software that isn't just functional, but intuitive. You can translate complex clinical data into a clean, actionable user experience.Communication: Ability to articulate technical trade-offs to engineers while clearly explaining product decisions to clinical and sales stakeholders.How We WorkBias for Action: We expect you to prototype in hours, not weeks.
