Life as a District Manager: Work side by side your restaurant leaders in your assigned area Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team Build a bench of future leaders Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants Be good to others.
