Optical DSP Chief Architect

We are seeking an experienced Optical DSP Chief Architect to lead the system architect of cutting-edge Digital Signal Processing (DSP) solutions for high-speed optical communication systems. Key Responsibilities Define the system architecture for optical DSP chips used in high-speed optical communication networks (800G/1.6T and beyond). Improve the algorithms for equalization, error correction, clock and data recovery, and other signal processing functions. Work closely with hardware, firmware, and Chip architect to optimize DSP implementation for performance, power, and area. Conduct system-level modelling and simulations to validate DSP algorithms and architectures. Collaborate with photonics and RF teams to ensure seamless integration of DSP with optical front-end components. Define key performance metrics and validation methodologies for DSP architectures. Work with customers and industry partners to align DSP architectures with market needs and emerging technologies. Continuously monitor and adopt advancements in optical communications, DSP methodologies, and semiconductor technologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr Retym
