We're looking for a Production CSR / Dispatcher to be the communication hub between our customers, production crews, and leadership team. This role is critical to ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient scheduling, and successful project completion. If you enjoy multitasking, solving problems, and making a difference every day, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do
- Schedule and dispatch production crews for emergency and scheduled services.
- Coordinate daily production schedules and adjust as priorities change.
- Communicate with customers regarding appointments, arrival times, and project updates.
- Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate job records and update information in the company management system.
- Assist with production reports, invoicing, and job documentation.
- Support Project Managers and leadership with administrative tasks.
- Maintain crew schedules, equipment records, and production documentation.
- Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or restoration industry experience is preferred but not required.
