What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and support customers with a friendly, professional attitude.

• Coordinate with technicians and management to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Order parts and make sure all warranty claims are answered

• Maintain organized office systems, new systems implementations and contribute to process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• A positive, team-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.

• Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Experience in office management, dispatch, or car is a plus.

• Comfort with technology (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, or CRM systems).

• Experience with Service Titan
