Dispatcher / Logistics CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for a strong administrative professional who excels at multitasking, communicating with customers, and keeping operations running smoothly. While previous logistics or dispatching experience is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate on routing and transportation processes. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and dispatch drivers while monitoring daily delivery and pickup schedules.Assist with routing trucks to maximize efficiency and meet customer deadlines.Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues.Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.Enter, update, and maintain accurate dispatch, routing, and customer information.Prepare and organize shipping, transportation, and delivery documentation.Track deliveries and proactively communicate delays or schedule changes.Support daily office operations with general administrative duties, filing, data entry, and recordkeeping.Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and timely follow-up.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.QualificationsPrevious administrative or office support experience required.Strong customer service and communication skills.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and comfortable learning new software systems.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Previous dispatching, logistics, transportation, or routing experience is preferred but not required —training will be provided.Preferred SkillsAdministrative SupportCustomer ServiceData EntryScheduling & CoordinationDispatching & Routing (training provided)Logistics CoordinationMultitaskingProblem SolvingTime ManagementProfessional CommunicationAttention to DetailCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
