Our Outsource Services portfolio spans Managed Service Programs (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), covering everything from product development and sales through delivery, supplier management, governance, compliance, and technology.We are seeking a Recruiter to support our RPO partnership with a leading renewable energy company. In this role, you will manage full-cycle hiring across technical, corporate, and operations roles — ensuring a smooth, efficient process for both candidates and Hiring Managers. You'll be a trusted partner to the business, a collaborative teammate to Sourcers and Coordinators, and a consistent driver of quality delivery in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Your day is built around owning the full recruitment process — from intake through offer — while keeping Hiring Managers informed, candidates engaged, and data clean. You'll work closely with Sourcers and Coordinators to keep the process moving and the experience high.Full-Cycle RecruitmentManage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordinationBuild and maintain candidate pipelines for technical, corporate, and operations roles across the client's businessMeet agreed SLAs and deliver a consistently strong candidate experience at every stageMaintain accurate data and workflow compliance within the ATSHiring Manager Partnership & Team CollaborationAct as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers — providing guidance on talent availability, market insights, recruitment strategy, and process expectationsPartner with Sourcers and Coordinators, ensuring they have the right information to support each stage of the process effectivelyCommunicate proactively with stakeholders throughout the hiring cycle, managing expectations and flagging risks earlyWhat You'll Need to SucceedExperienceMinimum 2 years of recruitment experience in an RPO, in-house, or agency settingExperience recruiting for manufacturing, corporate, or service roles in the renewable energy sector is preferredDemonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentTechnical & Functional SkillsProficiency with ATS platforms — SuccessFactors preferred — and sourcing toolsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to build credibility quickly with Hiring ManagersHighly organized with strong time management and the ability to prioritize across a full requisition loadTeam-first mindset with a genuine drive to be part of a high-performing delivery teamWhat You'll Get in ReturnBase Salary: $60,000–$90,000 depending on experienceHybrid schedule — [location and cadence details]PTO starting at 22 days, plus 4 floating holidays — top performers earn unlimited PTOCompetitively priced medical, vision, and dental plans401(k) with guaranteed match and fast-paced vesting scheduleContinuous training and support through Hays Learning & DevelopmentHays is the world's leading recruitment expert.
