Key Responsibilities Coordinateand update daily and weekly staffing schedules for all departments. Trackattendance, call‑offs, PTO, and schedule changes; prepare reports forleadership as needed. Serveas a point of contact for schedule questions and staffing-relatedcommunication, responding with poise and solution-focused thinking. Maintain fullycompliant, audit-ready employee files (licenses, certifications,evaluations, mandatory trainings, and other required documentation) withzero tolerance for missing, expired, or incomplete records. Ensureconfidential handling and secure storage of all employee documents andrecords. Providegeneral HR administrative support, including file maintenance and basiccompliance documentation.
