Position Highlights

• Pay: $18.50/hour (Paid Weekly)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Hours: Between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• 100% Remote

Candidate Requirements

• Strong customer service skills; call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are welcome.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have:
• Reliable computer or laptop (No MacBooks or Chromebooks)
• Two monitors/screens
• USB headset
• Webcam
• Ethernet connection to router
• Special background package required.

Training & Assessment

• Training is 100% remote and lasts 3 weeks.
• Candidates cannot miss any training sessions.
• Following training, candidates complete approximately 3 weeks of nesting with trainer support before working independently.
• An assessment must be completed before moving forward.
• Assessment is provided by the client upon request.
• Candidate must receive a GREEN score to pass.

Job Duties

• Take inbound calls for the Maryland Health Exchange.
• Assist callers with Medicare and health insurance enrollment.
• Answer questions related to healthcare benefits and coverage options.
• Provide exceptional customer service while managing a high call volume.

Important Notes

• Representatives are required to stay on calls until the queue is clear.
• Overtime applies when needed.
