The Helper Bees is seeking a Manager of Data Engineering & Analytics to lead a high-performing team responsible for data products, governance, and insights across the organization. You will shape the data strategy, mentor engineers and analysts, and collaborate with executives to drive data-driven decisions. You will guide descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics, including ML model development for forecasting and recommendations, while ensuring PHI-protected data is handled securely #J-18808-Ljbffr The Helper Bees
