Director OF Supply Chain

In this senior leadership role, you will lead developing the supply chain strategy and its successful implementation for a high growth business. The leader should be both strategic and tactical in leading this function for the long‑term growth. Responsibilities Lead the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process: ensuring alignment across demand, supply, finance, and commercial teams to support strategic decision‑making and optimize business performance. Demand Planning: gather and analyze data to support accurate demand forecasting; drive customer satisfaction through improved service levels; reduce inventory costs by aligning forecasts with actual demand; enhance decision‑making through data‑driven insights. Supply Planning: execute material requirements planning and production scheduling; manage inventory to balance availability and cost efficiency; optimize resource utilization and mitigate supply chain risks. Performance Reporting: develop and present key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand and supply planning; prepare and deliver reports to senior executives, highlighting KPIs, trends and actionable recommendations. Team & People Management: work in a professional, highly motivated, and passionate team of integrated supply chain professionals serving our customers around the globe; lead, mentor and develop a team of demand forecasting, production planning and materials professionals and build strong teams that thrive in collaboration, teamwork and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Operations, Materials, Business Management. 15+ years experience leading teams with experience in production planning and materials management in a manufacturing environment. Experience with supply chain management implementation. ASCM certification, preferred.
