ASSISTED LIVING ADMINISTRATOR - Full Time Are you a leader passionate about a meaningful career in senior living? The Plaza at Mililani is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrator to lead our compassionate team and ensure the highest quality of care for our Residents. This is an opportunity to positively impact The Plaza's Residents' lives and lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The Administrator role is responsible for the overall operation and management of the facility, ensuring Residents receive personalized and engaging care in a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing finances, leading staff, maintaining relationships with Residents and Families, managing oversight of admissions and discharges, and ensuring accurate documentation.
