About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff I for the Talent Team. This role is pivotal in providing leadership and oversight of the team's day-to-day functions and staff, as well as in strategic planning to meet organizational goals. The successful candidate will be a key advisor, problem solver, and strategic partner, with both internal and external-facing responsibilities. They must be adept at handling complex situations, maintaining confidentiality, and acting as a liaison between the Chief Talent Officer and various constituencies. The Chief of Staff I will also be responsible for team management, including a Project Manager and Executive Assistant, and will be expected to have a strong background in education, human capital management, organizational administration, information technology, or finance and accounting. Applicants for the Chief of Staff I position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 8 years' of experience in a relevant field. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in strategy, analysis, project management, and interaction with senior leaders. Essential skills include a high level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as unilateral leadership, the ability to translate data into action, and strong written and verbal communication. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a high level of independence. A PMP certification is preferred, and the role demands a professional with a strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to manage stress effectively.
