Sales Representative - Las Vegas South- Endoscopy

Field-based sales representative role focused on promoting and selling endoscopy products to healthcare facilities in the Las Vegas area. Requires independent work with medical professionals, compliance with healthcare regulations, and achievement of sales targets with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Stryker endoscopy products within approved indications for use
- Educate healthcare professionals on proper use and maintenance of products
- Direct product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings
- Resolve customer complaints and product issues promptly
- Maintain regular communication with regional manager on territory performance
Requirements
- 2-5 years outside sales experience, preferably in medical fields
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) required
- Ability to communicate effectively with large groups and via multiple channels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Oracle Sales Information System
- Up to 20% overnight travel capability annually
- Valid driver's license and reliable automobile
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Compensation: $60,000 base salary/draw plus commission and bonus eligibility
