Job PostingDuties include serving as receptionist, answering the telephone and greeting visitors; handling requests for information and taking complaints by telephone, email, online and at the public counter; entering cases into the computer; typing and completing data entry; filing, scanning and copying documents; and other general clerical tasks. A high school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience using high volume operations standards and general accounting principles in a customer service environment required. Good communication, teamwork and customer service skills are essential. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills beneficial.
