Assembler - 2nd Shift

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assembler - 2nd Shift to join their dedicated team. As an Assembler - 2nd Shift, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler - 2nd Shift

Location: Abbott Park, IL

Pay Range: $22.50

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) will train on 1st then move to 2nd

What's the Job?

Assemble products by following established GMP instructions with precision and consistency
Operate and monitor multiple pieces of production equipment, including filling and labeling machinery
Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet visual and physical standards
Maintain accurate documentation of production activities digitally and in hard copy
Support general housekeeping and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs safely and effectively
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Basic computer literacy, including data entry and familiarity with inventory software and Microsoft Office
Prior experience working in a GMP and ISO-compliant manufacturing environment
