Assembler - 2nd Shift

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assembler - 2nd Shift to join their dedicated team. As an Assembler - 2nd Shift, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler - 2nd Shift

Location: Abbott Park, IL

Pay Range: $22.50

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) will train on 1st then move to 2nd

What's the Job?

• Assemble products by following established GMP instructions with precision and consistency
• Operate and monitor multiple pieces of production equipment, including filling and labeling machinery
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet visual and physical standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities digitally and in hard copy
• Support general housekeeping and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs safely and effectively
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Basic computer literacy, including data entry and familiarity with inventory software and Microsoft Office
• Prior experience working in a GMP and ISO-compliant manufacturing environment
