We are hiring Assemblers to join a clean, climate-controlled facility in Buffalo Grove. If you have experience using hand and power tools and enjoy building quality products, we want to hear from you!

Shift Availability

Most current openings are on 2nd Shift

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Primary Need)
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Limited Openings)

If 1st Shift is your preference, we also have additional 1st Shift manufacturing opportunities available in the surrounding area.

What You'll Do

• Assemble products using hand and power tools
• Follow work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards
• Inspect your work to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records
• Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Use computers for basic data entry and documentation
• Assist with training and support other team members when needed
• Help identify process improvements to increase efficiency and quality

What We're Looking For

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to follow written instructions and blueprints
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mundelein, IL.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.25/hr.
