Assembler Position, Start immediately,

$20/hr - $22.25/hr, weekly pay

Description:

• Operate tools, equipment, and assembly processes in accordance with provided work instructions, and apply experience to perform tasks with limited or no instructions when needed.
• Assist in creating or refining work instructions and documentation when existing guidance is incomplete or unavailable.
• Follow standard work procedures, quality policies, and customer specifications to ensure products meet required standards.
• Monitor personal work output for quality and accuracy, and communicate effectively with supervisors, escalating issues or concerns when necessary.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and labor tracking records, ensuring all work hours and activities are properly documented.
• Record and manage inventory usage, scrap, and quality data in line with established process documentation requirements.

Pay & Shift:

`1st shift- 5:45am-2pm Monday-Friday $20-21/hr

2nd shift- 2:15pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday- WILL TRAIN ON FIRST SHIFT FOR THE FIRST FEW WEEKS! $20-22.50/hr

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mundelein, IL.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.25/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Mundelein,IL.
