Pay & Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 5:45 AM - 2:00 PM $19.00-$21.00/hour 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:15 PM - 10:30 PM $19.00-$22.50/hour Training will be completed on 1st shift for the first few weeks Weekly Pay Opportunities for Advancement Extensive Training Program Clean, Temperature-Controlled Environment What You'll Do: Assemble products using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment. Follow work instructions, assembly diagrams, and established manufacturing processes. Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and safety. Inspect your work and identify potential quality concerns. Complete production documentation, labor tracking, and inventory records. Utilize computers for data entry, work instructions, and production tracking. Assist with process improvements that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency. Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Cross-train on multiple assembly processes and support training of team members when needed. Meet production goals while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Qualifications: Experience using hand tools and power tools. Ability to read and interpret assembly diagrams, blueprints, or schematics. Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
