Sales Development Representative: Hospitality, Food and Beverage

The kind of stuff you'll be doing:

• Outbound demand generation activity including phone and email outreach to prospective clients

• Qualify inbound inquiries

• Complete quality discovery in preparation for sales demonstrations

• Work closely with Sales and Client Success team members to ensure that prospects understand Paytronix's value proposition

• Track and report key data points in Salesforce

• Use Salesforce, Clari Groove, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot to manage and score leads/contacts (Training in these industry-leading tools will be provided)

• Meet monthly quota expectations

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• BS or BA degree in an accredited four-year institution

• Demonstrated interest in a career in sales

• Passionate, motivated and driven to exceed goals

• Confident and energetic phone presence

• Excellent interpersonal skills — ability to build rapport with a wide range of personalities

• Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts

• Excellent communication skills: telephone, email, written, and presentations

• Ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization

• Proven ability to develop positive relationships, cooperation with, and support for colleagues and clients

• Demonstrates a commitment to development and lifelong learning both for yourself and the team

• Acts with integrity, loyalty, and honesty

• Excellent technology skills, specifically with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Social Selling, and market mapping

• Formal training in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC

• Experience in the restaurant industry

Compensation: $55k-$60k base salary + $15,840 commission
