Customer Services Representative

Position Title: Customer Service Rep Location: Colton, CA Duration: 04 Month Contract Status: Onsite Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. The client has approximately 10,000 employees working at over 350 locations across the continent. Requirements / Who we are looking for: Customer service or administrative experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office). Ability to learn new software and systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accurate data entry. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Problem-solving skills and reliability. Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing: Answer customers' requests Schedule special pickups Monitor customer pricing Set up New accounts in routing software with assistance from the Transportation Department Provides courteous and efficient customer service Answers basic customer inquiries Provides routine administrative support to assigned group.
