Electronic Assembly Opportunity

Temporary Position | $18.00/hr | Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Associate works under the direction of the Manufacturing Associate Supervisor and Lead in a structured manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assembling products according to detailed assembly instructions while maintaining quality standards and supporting production goals.

Job Duties

Assemble component parts according to specifications, assembly instructions, and production schedules.
Set up and operate equipment required for assembly processes.
Inspect products for quality, package finished assemblies, and support shipping activities as needed.
Follow LEAN Manufacturing and 5S principles while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Safely use hand tools, assembly equipment, cleaning solvents, grease, epoxies, and other manufacturing materials while collaborating with team members on safety and process improvement initiatives.

Pay

$18.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday-Friday
6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Experience & Skill Requirements

Minimum one year of manufacturing experience or experience in a related field
Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and work procedures
Experience working with small hand tools and assembly equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
