Business Systems Analyst Lead

Location: PA – Pittsburgh (Locals Only) Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite

Duration: Contract to Hire

Function of the Group: We are the Enterprise Change Office (ECO). We are under the Finance umbrella and own the Change Methodology Framework Policy (CMFP). CMFP determines when a change must follow Bank's formal change process and governance. Hiring manager is the app owner for Clarizen tool. Clarizen is used to manage workplan, resources, and time tracking. The ECO also owns Change Navigator, a tool that provides an end-to-end view of the change and has integration with Clarizen. More recently, ECO purchased Planview Portfolio, a new tool being implemented that will support strategic portfolio management at the bank.

Project: Increase in demand for business analyst resources on Clarizen (CLZ) project team.

Industry Background: Banking / Finance - Project management background would be nice

Roles and Responsibilities:

• We make configuration changes to Clarizen hosted application – They could be working on Clarizen, but could also be working on other items too.
• Work with our users on new enhancements they want, or deal with the bugs
• Working with end users, getting requirements, writing stories
• We are a SAFE Agile team
• Working with our support team - we do a lot like we have a ECO support who handles all the support calls that come in
• Working with project managers, portfolio managers and other groups to help pull things together
• Participate in standups
• May assist with SharePoint items and certifications

Must Have Technical Skills:

• Crew Backlogs
• Proficient in Jira
• Confluence
• Writing User Stories
• Agile/Agile Safe
• Basic project management experience
• Clarizen
