Shipping Supervisor Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to join their team. As a Shipping Supervisor, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting warehouse and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Location: Beaumont, Texas Pay Range: $90000 - $100000 What's the Job? Coordinate rail, truck, and barge shipments to ensure timely delivery of products in compliance with ICC regulations. Oversee warehouse inventory control, including cycle counts and documentation accuracy. Supervise and train a team of 21 hourly union employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Maintain accurate shipping records and develop effective communication channels with sales, customers, and internal departments. Ensure safety, housekeeping, and operational efficiency within the shipping department. What's Needed? Two to three years of experience in shipping, delivery, and inventory management. Proficiency with computer systems, record-keeping, and inventory control processes. Knowledge of ICC regulations and shipment requirements. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to coordinate multiple logistics activities and manage team performance. What's in it for me?
