Senior Product Manager – BiologicsLocation: Marlborough, MAReports To: Head of DepartmentPosition SummaryThe Senior Product Manager – Biologics & Peptide Therapies is responsible for driving the commercialization, growth, and market development of the Company's biologics, peptide, regenerative medicine, and wellness portfolio.This role serves as the internal subject matter expert for peptide-based therapies and biologic solutions, working closely with physicians, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), compounding partners, wellness providers, orthopedic specialists, regenerative medicine experts, and commercial teams to support portfolio growth and market adoption.The ideal candidate combines strong product management experience with direct industry experience in peptides, biologics, regenerative medicine, functional medicine, wellness medicine, orthobiologics, hormone optimization, longevity medicine, or related therapeutic categories.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute commercialization and growth strategies for biologics, peptide therapies, regenerative medicine, and wellness-focused product portfolios.Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within the peptide and biologics marketplace.Support product launches, educational initiatives, physician adoption programs, clinical partnerships, and market expansion efforts.Collaborate with physicians, KOLs, researchers, compounding partners, and industry experts to support product adoption and commercial growth.Support clinical studies, publications, educational programs, and evidence-generation initiatives.Develop product positioning, messaging, training materials, educational content, and sales enablement tools.Partner with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and Business Development teams to execute strategic initiatives.Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitive activity related to peptides, biologics, regenerative medicine, and wellness therapies.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacology, Biology, Biochemistry, Healthcare, Business, or related field.5+ years of Product Management, Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Business Development, or related experience.Direct experience within one or more of the following industries:Peptide therapiesBiologicsRegenerative medicineOrthobiologicsFunctional medicineLongevity medicineHormone optimizationWellness medicineSports medicine biologicsCompounding pharmacy productsStrong understanding of peptide therapies, biologic products, clinical applications, physician adoption, and commercialization pathways.Experience working directly with physicians, healthcare providers, KOLs, and commercial teams.Strong communication, presentation, project management, and business-planning skills.Strongly PreferredExperience commercializing peptide-based therapies, biologics, regenerative medicine products, or physician-dispensed wellness solutions.Existing relationships within regenerative medicine, wellness, orthopedic, functional medicine, anti-aging, or longevity communities.Experience supporting educational programs, physician training, advisory boards, and clinical evidence initiatives.Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, PA, NP, or related field).Not a Fit For This RoleCandidates whose experience is limited to traditional medical devices, diagnostics, laboratory research, pharmaceutical sales, or general healthcare marketing without meaningful exposure to peptide therapies, biologics, regenerative medicine, or physician-dispensed wellness products are unlikely to be successful in this position.
