Process Improvement Analyst

Partnering with senior leaders across various departments, the full-time Process Improvement Analyst will analyze and implement process enhancements remotely, focusing on operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. Key responsibilities Analyze existing systems and operational procedures to identify opportunities for process improvement through redesign, AI, and automation Lead discovery conversations and conduct gap analyses to recommend solutions aligned with business needs Coordinate cross-functional project teams to deliver business goals, facilitating User Acceptance Testing and stakeholder alignment Required qualifications Proven experience in leading process analysis and improvement initiatives in a cross-functional environment Experience designing and documenting process maps, workflows, and business requirements Strong organizational and project management skills Familiarity with AI tools for streamlining business processes Experience in the SaaS industry, particularly in Business Process Management or Project Management
