Commercial Electrical Field Supervisor

Your impact Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial and field electrical projects with strict adherence to code and safety. Own engineering assessments, load calculations, and system design decisions. Draft, review, and submit permit-ready electrical plans and documentation to the building department. Partner with project managers and electricians to coordinate schedules, materials, and field execution. Visit active sites to verify quality, troubleshoot, and remove roadblocks. Coach field teams; establish standards and share best practices. Continuously monitor changes to national and local electrical codes. What we’re looking for 10+ years in the electrical trade with strong commercial/field experience. Expertise in electrical engineering concepts and load calculation techniques. Ability to read, develop, and submit electrical drawings for permitting. Up-to-date knowledge of local and national electrical regulations. Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Team-first mindset with the independence to drive results in a fast-paced setting. Experience with electrical design/planning software is a plus.
