State: Florida Postal Code: 32778 Job Description: Serve as a consultant and educator on psycho-social aspects of mental health relevant to healthcare workers Provide brief supportive clinical interventions and resource navigation during mental health rounding Deliver immediate crisis intervention during or after critical incidents Lead or participate in Whole Person Care Conferences and moral injury debriefings Facilitate live and virtual group sessions for team member support Ensure safety for individuals presenting at risk of harm to self or others Provide grief support to team members and leaders Maintain community resource networks and collaborate with leadership regarding psycho-social factors affecting employment and well-being Maintain accurate documentation and participate in required trainings and meetings Performs other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Active Learning — Understanding of the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
