Description PROGRAM COORDINATOR I The University of Alabama at Birmingham General Responsibilities Support all administrative needs for the program, faculty, and students as delegated by the Program Manager II, Program Director, Director of Clinical Education, Director of Academic Education, and Director of Admissions. Key Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate instructional and meeting space reservations. Coordinate room setup requirements and event space logistics. Serve as a point of contact for reservation requests and inquiries under the guidance of the PM II and PC II. Assist with maintaining departmental records and operational documentation. Coordinate office supply ordering and inventory management. Process routine purchasing requests and procurement documentation. Coordinate catering orders and vendor communications for departmental meetings and events. Prepare event agendas, materials, signage, and supporting documentation. Support faculty meetings, retreats, workshops, and special events, including identifying the need for process improvement. Performs other duties as assigned. Hourly Pay Range : $15.00 – $17.55 Qualifications Minimum Requirements : High School diploma or GED and three (3) years of related experience required.
