Communications Manager

To enhance teammate engagement and communication, the full-time Communications Engagement Manager will develop and execute internal communications strategies, manage content for company-wide announcements, and collaborate with leadership to promote organizational culture, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and implement an internal communications strategy and enterprise communications calendar Draft and distribute company-wide communications, including executive announcements and Town Hall content Coordinate and promote teammate engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs and culture campaigns Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field 5+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications Experience developing executive-level communications and presentation materials Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
