Data Analyst

DescriptionSeeking a Data Business Analyst to support enterprise data initiatives by partnering closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and technology teams to define, document, and manage business data requirements. This role will play a key part in ensuring data is properly identified, categorized, documented, and governed across the organization.The Data Business Analyst serves as the primary liaison between business groups and data teams to understand business processes, gather requirements, document data needs, and help establish common business definitions. This individual will work alongside Data Modelers and Data Architects to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into data solutions that support operational and strategic objectives.The successful candidate will:Improve consistency of business data definitions across the organization.Ensure business requirements are clearly documented and understood before solution design begins.Help establish ownership and accountability for critical business data.Increase stakeholder engagement and adoption of data governance practices.Support the delivery of scalable, business-aligned data solutions through effective collaboration with Data Modelers and technical teams.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Omaha, NE.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
